The Mission

Our client is a young professional realtor who wants his site to communicate his approachability, integrity, energy, and knowledge. A website was needed to reflect an accurate look and feel to his brand and personality and also include a dynamic listing system for promoting real estate properties.

The Method

We spent much time getting to know our client’s market requirements and style. A full needs assessment was completed to help our client clarify the goals and objectives of his site. We began designing a CMS that would allow him to maximize the current and future potential use of his site and also communicate with and market his clients’ properties. Further, we monitored hits to the initial Splash page to evaluate his collateral promotional materials.

The Result

The website features easy to navigate pages in a warm and friendly design. Buyers and sellers are able to easily browse the pages for the information they want. However, the biggest feature of the site is the updateable listing system allowing the client to easily manage and update his property listings as he needs. Every aspect of a listing from its description to the images in its gallery is all updateable so he may offer his clients the most up-to-date information.
